I saw an advertisement by Transcity Developers 2 years back for their Orchid Paradise, gated community Project. I was impressed by the facilities and other details given by them. I went for the site visit. After seeing I was impressed by the facilities given by them and I also verified the titles. The titles and documents were clear so I immediately booked the plot at a very reasonable price. I also referred to some of my colleagues and relatives who also booked a good number of sites.

The layout is in 55 acre of land and about 700 plots are there. It is going to be a very good gated community layout once it after the completion. Initially when I booked I got a very good price and in 2 years I’m able to see a very good return of about 50-60%.. This one of the very good projects that I have seen in the recent times and the prices are very attractive. I’m very happy with the project and the developers are going in the right direction. An year back I wanted to invest in Bangalore, knowing very well that Bangalore is a growing city. Then I came across an advertisement on Internet about Transcity developers, about their Orchid Paradise project which was coming up near Devanahalli which is an upcoming area in Bangalore now. Looking at different options, I found that this investment was very lucrative since the prices were very competitive. Also, the area where it is coming up is very green and pristine. It had lot of investment potential.

I also went through the legal documentation and I found that the document quality was good. The kind of money, which I paid considering the kind of facility that they are offering including the golf range, club-house, swimming pool, amphitheatre, I find it is a value for money. And today I have already registered the property and I am a very satisfied customer. Infact, post registration the kind of services they have given including obtaining the certificates is phenomenal. I was looking out for lot of properties primarily for investment. I saw an advertisement by Transcity Develoeprs. I found it quite interesting and I contacted them. I was a bit skeptical to invest but they asked me to come over and visit the property. I came over and they showed me all the title, all the property documents. I paid a minor advance and got the lawyer to check it. The lawyer was very impressed. Everything was very clear. Within a very short period we completed the deal, got it registered and I have the account now in my hand.

I went to a property show and I saw Transcity Developers’ Stall there. I was told about their project. Their representative explained about the project very clearly. They arranged the site visit for me on one of the weekends. On my visit, I really liked the site. So I went ahead and booked it.

What made me decide to go for this project are mainly two factors. One is that this site is a DC converted and town planning approved property. All the titles were clear. The second point is that for my investment the set of amenities that I got in this project are really good. The project has one Golf Driving range, club-house, well paved wide roads hence I really liked it. It has been about an year or year and a half I have already got quite an appreciation on my investment so I’m very happy about it. I saw them being very good with their procedure.
